How can I manage to completely terminate it? By using CCleaner. Just download the CCleaner via cnet.com and it is ready to be used. The CCleaner function is just the same as the uninstall/remove features located in the Control Panel where you can delete any unwanted program.

> Open your CCleaner
> Choose Tools

> Select Startup

> Select any programe that written Dell Data Safe Backup
> Select Disable button
